Our Technology

REVFRACC

(Reverse Fractionation of Carbon Capture) is our patented carbon capture solution for scrubbing the atmosphere of CO₂

How It Works?

Air Capture

Towers with nitrogen heat exchangers capture and cool the air. No fans are required, unlike traditional solutions — saving 90% of OpEx.

Emissions

The air is super-cooled, liquefying greenhouse gases (GHGs) and other gases such as O₂, argon, and nitrogen.

Carbon-Free Power

The world’s FIRST patented phase-changing turbine uses liquid gases combined with thermal energy to generate and supply clean baseload power.

VECC (Vector Cancelling Condenser)

The gases are liquefied using a non-mechanical, novel condenser.

We use liquid nitrogen to super-cool the air, liquefying CO₂ and other gases. These liquefied gases are then converted into power by utilizing the thermal energy from ambient air (it’s all around us!) with a special phase-changing turbine.

Nitrogen makes up 78% of the air we breathe, which is why we capture more nitrogen to ensure a continuous fuel source to power the system and export for supply. For every ton of CO₂ captured, we capture nearly 2,000 tons of nitrogen.

Key Features

Air Capture

We use 4-meter towers with a liquid nitrogen heat exchanger that causes contractions in the surrounding air, pulling it into the towers. Compared to fans, this method requires significantly less energy and is more effective at capturing air. When a series of these towers are deployed, they create a natural vacuum.

VECC Vector Cancelling Condenser

Our novel patented condenser utilizes the force of airflow to direct gas particles into collisions, causing them to lose energy. Surrounded by the liquid nitrogen heat exchanger, VECC rapidly liquefies gases for storage and utilization purposes.

Power Generation (SECLOPT)

Another patented technology, our phase-changing turbine SECLOPT, uses the liquefied gases to transition from liquid to gas, expanding by 800 times its volume to generate clean power. This power not only sustains the system but also provides a substantial baseload for export and supply.

The process of recondensing and power generation continues in a cycle as air is captured.

Proof of Concept Pilot

We have recently completed our proof of concept pilot, demonstrating the following:

  • Air is captured without the need for fans.

  • CO₂ is extracted in the form of dry ice using super-cooling methods.

  • Clean power is generated using our patented phase-changing turbine. This turbine utilized the thermal energy in air and converted it into work for power generation.

Output/Cost Per Year

Based on the technology deployed on an acre site we capture and produce annually:

70,000

Tons of CO₂

3000

GWh of clean power (net of system requirements)

500,000

tons of other liquefied gases

Since we’ve eliminated all energy-intensive processes, it costs just $37 per ton of CO₂ to operate the system — including power generation. That’s over 90% less than other systems!
