POLICY STATEMENT

  6. Reporting Mechanisms: Establishing accessible mechanisms for employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report concerns or suspicions related to modern slavery within our organization.

Employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders are encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery directly to the Compliance Officer.

MONITORING AND REVIEW

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with evolving legislation and best practices.

COMMUNICATION

Atmosfuture, Inc. will communicate this policy to all employees, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders and make it publicly available on our website.

COMPLIANCE

Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or termination of contracts with suppliers.
